What is an assisted sale?
As the owner, if your home is run down and you want to sell and cannot afford to make the necessary refurbishments to command the highest resale price, we may be able to assist you by paying for these refurbishments and in return, we take a percentage of the uplift on the higher resale price, less the costs of the refurbishment of course.
